I accidentally posted this on the wrong page yesterday. I did complete the assignment. The process focused my mind on a scaled-down and specific topic, so that seems to work: make notes, find an image and write. I realize I wrote 400 words instead of 150, but this took a big chunk of my day. I enjoyed it, but I'm not sure I can create a post everyday for 10 days. I will give it a try. Here is my chronicle posted to my public Facebook page:

I bet it did take a long time! 400 words is almost 2 full pages so you were able to write a nearly full biography of Joseph. I hope you are celebrating your hard work! It’s incredibly thorough and the images you selected are lovely. I’ll extend an invitation to try writing something about 100 words on something on an ancestor that is particularly interesting to you or your family or based on one of the prompts. It makes daily writing manageable and gives family small bits to consume over 10 days.

I am happy with my first chronicle. I felt a little drained after all of that effort! Writing is hard, I'm aware of that. I'm going to dive back in, though.
